Below are my terms and conditions for all classes or sessions booked or attended by you, the customer, and organised and taught by me Mariella Spoto. By booking or participating in classes, or private sessions you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.

Yoga

Coaching & Mentoring

Terms and Conditions for Yoga Classes

  1. All physical postures instructed by Mariella (or any teacher working for Mariella) are to be undertaken by you with sensible judgement, if something feels painful, don’t do it. Trust your own guidance, and listen to your body. Risk of injury within the context of yoga is minimal, but when you are moving your body, there is always a small risk.
  2. By participating in group yoga classes, you agree that you are physically able to practice yoga and that Mariella is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, accident or loss to personal possessions.
  3. Bookings for classes should be made in advance.
  4. Bookings and payments are made online. If you are unable to book online please contact info@hellomariella.com
  5. All deposits and payments for all classes are non-refundable unless in the case of serious illness or other emergency and should be discussed with Mariella who will make a decision based on individual circumstances. 
  6. If you are unable to attend the class and give over 48 hours notice of cancelation you will have the option to change the date to one that is more suitable. Please contact Mariella to see if this option is available. Re-scheduling will depend on session time availability.
  7. If Mariella needs to cancel a class (due to illness or personal issues) which you have paid for in advance she will refund you the full amount or offer a transfer.
  8. Group yoga classes are usually taught by Mariella, however if she is unable to teach, a suitably qualified and experienced teacher will be booked to cover. Mariella will endeavour to let participants know of any teacher changes, but this is not always possible.
  9. Payment concessions are available for those with a genuine need, please contact Mariella to discuss in confidentially.

Terms and Conditions for Workshops including Sisterhood Circle Events 

  1. Bookings for workshops should be made in advance in order to secure a place.
  2. Bookings and payments are made online. If you are unable to book online please contact

  3. All cancellations of workshops should be made within 3 working days of the workshop date or the full session fee will apply.
  4. Once a deposit has been paid to secure your place the deposit is not refundable. 
  5. You may transfer your booked workshop place to another participant, but please advise Mariella of any changes.
  6. If Mariella has to cancel a workshop you will receive a full refund.

Terms and Conditions for Private Lessons


  1. All cancellations of private sessions should be made within 3 working days or full session fee will apply.
  2. If needing to cancel after the 3 days notice period there may be the option to change the date to one that is more suitable. Please contact Mariella to see if this option is available. Re-scheduling will depend on session time availability.
  3. In the case of sudden illness or emergency, please contact Mariella as soon as possible. Re-scheduling will depend on session time availability.
  4. If for any reason Mariella needs to cancel due to illness or emergencies she will contact you with as much notice as possible.
  5. Once a deposit has been paid to secure your place the deposit is not refundable.

Gift Vouchers

1-2-1 support between sessions is essential and available via email. Emails are answered periodically throughout the business day and can take up to 24 hours for a response during a normal business week. Please note on weekends, holidays and days off, email communication is limited.

Pricing is set by a session rate with discounts usually available for packages. Concessions are available for those with a genuine need. Sessions are available in person, online or can be in your home unless an alternative venue is agreed. Payment must be made in advance of the session to confirm your booking, and bank details will be provided upon request.

If Mariella needs to travel to you for private session, she will agree costs in advance.

Gift Vouchers are available for a single session or a bundle session package. Gift Vouchers expire one year from purchase date and are non-refundable. Purchaser will receive an electronic gift certificate for their chosen recipient. Recipient will make appointment directly with Mariella. 
You may transfer your gift voucher to another participant, but please advise Mariella of any changes.

Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximise personal and professional potential.  It is designed to facilitate the creation and/or development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy or plan for achieving those goals.


The Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and all interactions with Mariella. 
Mariella will partner with the Client on this journey and will do everything possible in line with her processes to enable you to achieve results and desired outcomes.
However the Client agrees that Mariella will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by herself. The Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

3. Confidentiality

Mariella will not divulge what is shared in the coaching relationship without consent. The client is free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at any time.



4. Coaching sessions

Coaching sessions will take place in person or on line and the venue will be agreed in advance.

Coaching sessions are scheduled and paid for in advance by direct agreement between the client and Mariella . If you cannot attend a scheduled session you are fully responsible for informing Mariella and rescheduling your session at least 3 days in advance, otherwise the session will be deemed forfeit and must be paid in full. You are responsible for rescheduling via email contact.

Full payment for each session must be made upfront and received before each coaching session. 
If cancelling with less than 3 days notice full payment will be taken. 
In some situations you may be able to transfer your session to another date that is more suitable but please contact Mariella for more information. Re-scheduling will depend on session time availability. Once a deposit has been paid to secure your place the deposit is not refundable.
