Mariella is thrilled to introduce the Sisterhood Circle, regular classes, retreats and workshops where a community of women can come together to share, feel supported, encouraged, and empowered on their personal journeys. There will be Monthly Key Speakers and women's circles.

Each class will be unique

Every class is a safe and welcoming space, inclusive of pregnant women at any stage of their journey.

Join Mariella and The Sisterhood Circle to embark on a journey where you'll feel seen, heard, and empowered every step of the way.

Individual one-on-one support and life coaching with Mariella will also be available for those needing additional personalised guidance between group sessions. Here women can be provided with the tools and techniques that they can bring into their daily practices.

The Gut Health workshop with Mariella was magical. It was so relaxing, I loved the combination of Yin Yoga, meditation and healing. Mariella really holds a safe space and is an excellent yoga instructor. She has prompted me to use more of these asanas in my own yoga practice and to do more Yin Yoga to refresh and reset. I highly recommend this workshop and Mariella as a yoga teacher.

I’m a fully certified Dating, Love and Human Relationship Coach.
My career started as a top international make-up designer in Film & Television.

This unexpectedly led me to coach and teach actors to become their best selves and to feel empowered and self assured in front of the camera.

What I never expected to find was being asked to teach my actors how to maintain their sense of self worth and self love once the cameras had been switched off and all the makeup had been removed.

My sole purpose now is to coach others and help them to feel supported on their journeys to finding true, powerful, happy and healthy love.

Fully Qualified Yoga Teacher

Most of my yoga training has been in India so the spiritual side of the practice with it's history and philosophy are deep rooted in my teaching and coaching style.
I am trained in Pregnancy Yoga, with Lushtums, and a certified Crystal Healing Coach.

I offer 1-2-1 sessions to both men and women and can work in person or online to suit individual clients needs.
